UNESCO World Heritage Site
Beautiful, cultured and elegant. This is Ravenna, which even boasts eight monuments declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Ancient fishing village
Its origins date back to 1302, when the canal port was excavated and a fortress built in its defense. In 1502, Leonardo da Vinci designed the Porto Canale, which is still the pride of the town. In the oldest part of the Porto Canale, the Maritime Museum with historic boats testifies to the marine identity of Cesenatico.
Not far away, a visit to Casa Moretti is a must, with everyday objects and the original writings of one of the great protagonists of twentieth century literature.
Located in the historic center, Piazza delle Conserve, is characterized by the presence of ancient preserves or iceboxes and hosts a characteristic Market of Agricultural Producers every morning.
Behind the bathing establishments are the Giardini al mare, a long green belt where you can sunbathe while walking in peace and equipped with games for children, fountains and gazebos.
Cesenatico loves sports and is particularly known for cycling and the myth of Marco Pantani. During the spring, in fact, the Nove Colli attracts tourists and cycling lovers from all over the world.
The rich calendar of summer events offers concerts, aperitifs, themed evenings with tasting, parties, the famous dawn concerts or the Preserved Nocturnes without forgetting the outdoor theater, entertainment and markets practically every evening.
Other events not to be missed are the traditional Garibaldi Festival with the Palio della Cuccagna and the procession of the “garibaldini”, “Il pesce fa festa”, a gastronomic event dedicated to the blue fish of the Adriatic and during the Christmas period the famous Crib of the Marineria.

The city of salt
The history of the city is closely linked to the production of salt and the salt pans already in use at the time of the Romans, still remain an attraction but also a source of pride for the town. A quiet village full of charm
A medieval village, built in a strategic position between the coast of the Romagna Riviera and the reliefs of the Cesena Apennines.
The historic center of Longiano, well preserved, offers numerous historical and artistic testimonies, places to be discovered. First of all, a visit to the Malatesta Castle and to the treasures of the Balestra Foundation are kept there: a very original collection of works by the greatest artists of the Italian twentieth century.
Other museums that are worth a visit are: the original Italian Cast Iron Museum, the Territory Museum, the Museum of Sacred Art and the Mask Gallery of the Commedia dell’Arte.
Longiano also boasts numerous important churches including the Sanctuary of the Holy Crucifix, the collegiate church of San Cristoforo and the baroque oratory of San Giuseppe.

Roccaforte Malatestiana Rich in Art and Culture
The fortified medieval village is all tight around its beautiful fortress, which can be reached by climbing through narrow streets that open onto large viewpoints overlooking the Riviera.

The hill of Santarcangelo preserves the mystery of the over 200 caves dug into the tuff, suggestive hypogea whose origin is still unknown. Today, some of these caves are open to visitors.
