Rates includes:

Utilities (electricity, water and gas), use of air conditioning, complete change of linen once a week (bed, bathroom and kitchen), additional change of bathroom linen and beach towel service (midweek).

The apartments are equipped with SMART TV, safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with shower box equipped with linen, large balcony, parking, hairdryer and kitchen complete with dishes.

General conditions:

check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
check-out by 9:00 am
At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left tidy, free of rubbish and personal effects.
The kitchenette must be left perfectly clean at the end of the stay.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to approximately 20% of the total price, which must be received no later than 10 days after the time of booking.
The balance will be paid upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
For late arrivals or early departures, there are no reductions or refunds.
