On this page, instead, we have collected all possible extra charges and additional services, so as to offer you a complete overview in a simple and transparent way.
Rates includes:
Utilities (electricity, water and gas), use of air conditioning, complete change of linen once a week (bed, bathroom and kitchen), additional change of bathroom linen and beach towel service (midweek).
The apartments are equipped with SMART TV, safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with shower box equipped with linen, large balcony, parking, hairdryer and kitchen complete with dishes.

General conditions:
- check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- check-out by 9:00 am
- At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left tidy, free of rubbish and personal effects.
- The kitchenette must be left perfectly clean at the end of the stay.
- The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to approximately 20% of the total price, which must be received no later than 10 days after the time of booking.
- The balance will be paid upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
- For late arrivals or early departures, there are no reductions or refunds.
Pets
- Small pets are accepted upon agreement with the management.
- One-off supplement from €40.00 to €60.00 for extra final cleaning.
