Where is Residence Quadrifoglio located?
We are located at Via Abruzzi, 101 in Tagliata di Cervia (RA), Emilia-Romagna, just a few steps away from the coastal pine forest and the Adriatic beach. It is a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the Riviera, yet close to everything.
What types of apartments are available?
We offer four options to suit every need:
- Coccinella Studio – 29 sqm, sleeps up to 4, large balcony
- Nautilus One-Bedroom Apartment – 34 sqm, separate bedroom + living room with kitchen, sleeps up to 4, large balcony
- Ciprea Two-Bedroom Apartment – 38 sqm, sleeps up to 4, large balcony
- Girasole Two-Bedroom Apartment – 43 sqm, sleeps up to 6, large balcony — ideal for large families
All apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and TV.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes! Our outdoor swimming pool is large, sunny all day long, and features a dedicated children’s area and a whirlpool corner. It is available throughout the summer season and is one of our property’s main highlights.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a private parking lot reserved for guests, included free of charge with your stay. No need to worry about your car.
Is the Residence suitable for families with children?
Absolutely, it is one of our greatest strengths. The garden features a children’s playground, the pool has a dedicated area for the little ones, and our two-bedroom apartments comfortably accommodate families of up to 6 people. Many of our guests return year after year for this very reason.
How far away is the beach?
You just need to cross the street: you will find yourself in the cool coastal pine forest — the longest in Italy — which gently leads to the beach. Just a few minutes’ walk, no traffic, no stress.
What is included in the stay?
The following are included in your stay:

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For any special time requirements, please contact us directly: we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please do not hesitate to contact us for up-to-date information.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the entire property.
What is there to see nearby?
The Residence is the perfect base for exploring the Romagna region:
- Cervia and the historic Camillone Salt Pan
- Milano Marittima, just a few kilometers away
- Cesenatico with its canal harbor designed by Leonardo da Vinci
- Ravenna and its UNESCO World Heritage mosaics
- Gradara and its medieval castle
- The pine forest, which can be explored on foot or by bike along the pedestrian/cycle path (bicycles are included in your stay)
